Who this policy covers

NUTRI GLOBAL ("we", "us" or "our") is responsible for the personal data described in this policy. This policy covers our corporate website at https://nutriglobal.pages.dev/. The website introduces our business and products and accepts enquiries. It has no customer accounts, online checkout or payment processing.

This policy sets out how we handle personal data and requests under Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

Information we receive

The contact form asks for your name, email address, enquiry type and message. Company and country are optional. We receive any other information you choose to include in your message. The form does not ask for a telephone number. If you contact us by email or WhatsApp, we receive the contact information and message you choose to share through that channel.

The hosting and form providers receive technical data needed to deliver and protect their services, which may include IP address, browser information, request time and requested URL. We have not installed visitor analytics, advertising pixels or embedded social-media feeds on this website.

Please submit only information relevant to your enquiry. Do not send identification documents, payment credentials or sensitive health information through this general contact form.

How and why information is used

We use enquiry details to respond to you, assess a proposed business relationship, communicate about your request, keep appropriate business correspondence and address misuse or legal obligations. We do not enrol you in a marketing mailing list through this form.

We collect information when you submit the form, contact us directly, or request a page from our hosting provider. The form asks for your agreement to processing for the enquiry. We may also process data where the PDPA permits or requires it. We will explain any materially different purpose and obtain any required consent before using your data for that purpose.

Service providers and disclosures

• Cloudflare: hosts and delivers this website through Cloudflare Pages and provides infrastructure/security services.
• FormSubmit: receives contact-form submissions and forwards them to our business email. Its submission page may use its own cookies and security services.
• Google/Gmail: provides the business email inbox currently used to receive enquiries.

These providers process data needed for their services. We may also disclose relevant information when legally required or to protect legitimate rights and investigate misuse. We do not sell enquiry data. Clicking TikTok, Shopee or WhatsApp opens an independent service whose privacy terms apply; those services are not embedded on this page.

Protection and access

The website and form endpoint use HTTPS. The site does not publish submissions or maintain a public enquiry database. The form forwards submissions to the configured business mailbox.

Our operational policy is to limit access to people who need it for their work and use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. This includes managing access to our business email account and maintaining appropriate account and device security. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Retention and deletion

Our retention policy is to keep enquiry information only while needed to handle the enquiry, manage a resulting relationship, resolve a dispute or meet legal and legitimate business record-keeping needs. Once it is no longer needed for those purposes, our policy is to securely delete or anonymise it, including relevant copies where practicable. There is no universal fixed retention period stated here; we review retention according to the purpose of the records.

Providers may retain operational records or backups under their own service terms. FormSubmit’s published privacy document does not specify a complete retention schedule. Contact us for information about a particular record.

Overseas processing

Cloudflare, FormSubmit and Google may process information outside Singapore. Overseas transfers are subject to the PDPA’s transfer requirements, including comparable protection or an applicable permitted exception. Data is not guaranteed to remain in Singapore. Please contact our Data Protection Officer for information about the providers and arrangements applicable to your enquiry.

Your requests and choices

You may contact us to request access to personal data we hold about you, information about its use or disclosure where applicable, correction of inaccurate or incomplete data, or withdrawal of consent on reasonable notice. We may need proportionate information to verify your identity. Applicable PDPA exceptions and legal retention requirements may affect a request.

We will explain any consequences of withdrawing consent, such as being unable to continue handling an enquiry. Withdrawal does not invalidate processing already lawfully carried out. We will respond within the applicable legal requirements and explain any permitted fee or additional time before proceeding.

Use Cookie Settings to manage optional browser storage. This does not delete enquiries previously sent to us.
